I think this might be from the back cover of one of the French MacGyver video releases, (possibly "Legend of the Holy Rose" [Parts 1 and 2]) or maybe from a French magazine, but I'm not sure, so I'm putting it here. :-)

Here's the picture Harry had in his wallet of his grandson MacGyver, which he showed to the young boy who was his fishing companion in "Passages".
